St. Lucia has named Lorne Theophilus its new minister of tourism, heritage and creative industries. Theophilus, a member of St. Lucia’s parliament, was appointed following the swearing-in of the country’s newly elected cabinet, which is led by Kenny Anthony, the country’s prime minister.
